Start with your wooden slant board on a flat surface. Step onto the board, with your feet parallel and hip-width apart. Place your hands on your hips and inhale before folding forward. Bend at the waist, keeping your legs completely straight, as far as you can.
To take this stretch one step further, let your arms hang toward the board and bend one knee. Rotate toward that bent knee, then toward the straight leg. Switch sides and repeat.
